Zebadiah Montoya-Sanchez is a PGA Class-A Certified Teaching Professional with over 25 years of playing experience. For the past 11 years, Zeb has been teaching full-time, helping golfers of all ages and skill levels develop their game in a fun and approachable way. Whether you’re picking up a club for the very first time or looking to take your game to the next level, he is here to help!

As a 3-year captain and All-State honoree at St. Pius X High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Zeb continued his golf journey through the Professional Golf Management Program at New Mexico State. During his career, he had the privilege of learning from some of the best coaches in the country. He has taught over 9,000 hours of lessons and clinics in San Francisco, New York City, Burlington, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Orlando, before returning home to Albuquerque.

Along the way, he has gained expertise in modern teaching tools such as: body motion measurement equipment, launch monitors, and high-speed video analysis programs. Despite his extensive knowledge, Zeb’s teaching philosophy is centered around simplicity—making golf enjoyable and easy to learn.

As a bonus, he is also a Certified Club Fitter!

Zeb has been with Topgolf for 5 years and has consistently directed one of the top Topgolf Coach Programs in the Country. His passion for introducing players to the game shines through in every session.

Being a father of 2 has had a direct influence on his philosophy as a teacher. Zeb understands the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive environment for learning. His enthusiasm for teaching is contagious, and his ability to break down fundamentals makes learning the game feel approachable.
