The Grizzlies return for their fourth season in the Lake Cook League. We are looking forward to another great season of fun and competition with our neighboring clubs. The program continues to grow and improve and we are excited for our best season yet in 2026!

Palatine Hills PGA Jr League

Join us at Palatine Hills for a fun summer of team golf competition. We will have practices on Wednesday afternoon focusing on technique and overall strategy. Matches format is a two person scramble, which is a great way to introduce your child to golf competition. In order to register, you will first need to go to palatineparks.org and register with the Palatine Park District. After our tryout night on Wednesday, May 6, those who make the team will receive a code to register with the PGA Jr League website.

Northbrook Golf Academy - 13U - Play All 9

Introduce children to team golf in a fun and exciting environment. Our program is unique as participants will play all 9 holes participating in a 2 vs. 2 scramble(best shot) format on the Legacy 9 at Heritage Oaks or Anetsberger Par 3 Golf Course. Players will be paired with and play against other players from our academy based on their skill level and age. To participate in the league children must have their own set of clubs, be able to advance the ball 75-100 yards semi-consistently and have prior playing experience. (Not able to make a full program due to other summer conflicts, contact us directly for a modified season) Two step registration process: Pay your annual PGA Jr. League membership dues at pgajrleague.com and receive your jersey Register through the Northbrook Park District to cover greens fees, range fees and coaching fees. PGA HOPE Winnetka

PGA HOPE is the flagship military program of the PGA of America. PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being. Join PGA HOPE alongside your fellow Veterans and Service members. PGA HOPE has served thousands of Veterans and Service members across the United States through one of our 300+ locations. This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from Mike Samson, PGA and other Professionals. No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you. No prior golf experience necessary No VA disability rating required Veterans do not have to have combat or deployments in order to participate All expenses associated with PGA HOPE are covered Any questions? Grand Geneva PGA Junior League 13 and Under (Kids Ages 7-13)

The PGA Junior League is a fun, social, and inclusive team golf program for boys and girls 13 & under, run by PGA Professionals, where kids wear numbered jerseys and play on teams using a low-pressure, two-person scramble format to foster sportsmanship, confidence, and a love for the game, making golf accessible to all skill levels. It's PGA REACH's flagship youth program, focusing on community, safety, and fun over intense competition, with year-round play options and a pathway to competitive All-Star teams. Our Grand Geneva Kids will play at many of the top courses in the area over the course of the season as Strawberry Creek, Kenosha Country Club, Hawksview, Tuckaway Country Club and Meadowbrook Country Club will also be fielding teams in our division. All practices will be on Wednesday afternoons from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM (running end of May until end of July). Matches will be on Sunday afternoons in June and July starting each time around 4:30 PM. Join us for what should be an amazing opportunity for your kids to learn and enjoy the game of golf!

Grand Geneva PGA Junior League 17 and Under (Kids Ages 14-17)

Join our PGA Junior League Program for a fun, inclusive, family-friendly summer of golf at Grand Geneva. Kids will have access to all three of the Grand Geneva Golf Courses and will get expert coaching from the Grand Geneva PGA Golf Professional Staff. See below for season outline: Match Dates at Grand Geneva (tee-times will start at 5:00 PM)  Tuesday, June 16th  Tuesday, June 23rd  Tuesday, June 30th  Tuesday, July 14th  Tuesday, July 21st  Tuesday, July 28th Practice Dates (each practice will be from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM) Thursday, June 11th (Uniforms Provided at First Practice) Practice Overview- We will start with team introductions for all players, parents and coaches to get to know each other. Once we have completed introductions, then we will take them out on the golf course to show them the rules and regulations of PGA Junior League. Thursday, June 18th Practice Overview-This practice will be focused on the fundaments of the game of game and will allow the kids the chance to practice all of their skills on the Grand Geneva Driving Range and short game area with the coaching of the Grand Geneva Golf Professional Staff. Thursday, June 25th Practice Overview-Wee-Nip Short Course Day. The kids will get the chance to play our brand new par 3 golf course in a fun and team oriented format. Thursday, July 9th Practice Overview- This practice will focus on understanding the game and will allow the kids to practice all of the skills for the following weeks drive, chip and putt competition. Thursday, July 16th Practice Overview-Drive, Chip and Putt Contest day where all of our kids will get the chance to showcase all the skills they have learned and improved over the course of the summer. Thursday, July 23rd Practice Overview- Wee-Nip Short Course Day. The kids will get the chance to play our brand new par 3 golf course in a fun and team oriented format. This should be a highlight of the summer as we will make the final wee-nip experience a fun one! Thursday, July 30th Practice Overview- Join us for nine holes of golf and the chance to make the Grand Geneva PGA Junior League All-Star Team. Sunday, August 2ndh End of Season Celebration Party 5:00 PM start Event Overview-Join us for nine holes of golf in a team scramble. Coaches and players will join forces to enjoy an evening of competitive team golf and follow it up with a team pizza party. Parents, siblings and grandparents are encouraged to play as well if they want to celebrate a fun day with the kids on the course.

PGA Junior League is a game-changing opportunity for junior golfers to develop and improve their golf skills in a competitive environment. The program is available to all boys and girls seeking a higher level of instruction and competition. PGA Junior League is designed to bring a “Little League” atmosphere to the game of golf. This is a great way to introduce and continue to keep children involved!

2026 Cog Hill Summer #1 June 4:00 PM

Cog Hill’s PGA Junior League program is a great way for any player 13 and under to not only get introduced to the game but get first-class group instruction and learn how to compete on the course in a low-pressure environment. Cog Hill’s team has qualified for the National tournament each of the last eight years. Our League is the only one in Illinois coached by 3 Golf Digest Best Teachers!

PGA 13U

The PGA Jr. League 13U at Ridge Country Club offers a fun, engaging, and competitive environment for young golfers to develop their skills and love for the game. Led by PGA Professionals Richard Dukelow and Jonathan Lipsey, the program is designed to challenge players while keeping the experience enjoyable and team-oriented. To be eligible for the league, participants should have completed at least two years in the Junior Golf Program or one year in the Ridge 36 Program. New members are also welcome—coaches are happy to evaluate each child to determine if they are ready for league play. This league provides a great opportunity for students to test their abilities across all aspects of the game, from driving to putting. In addition to skill development, players will learn important fundamentals and proper golf etiquette, helping them grow both on and off the course.
