Join us for a 90 minute clinic where we will spend time on the driving range, short game area, and putting green, to help you play better golf! PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being. Join PGA HOPE alongside your fellow Veterans and Servicemembers. PGA HOPE has served thousands of Veterans and Servicemembers across the United States through one of our 300+ locations. This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from PGA and LPGA Professionals. No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you. Join us for a fun, welcoming, and low-pressure introduction to golf designed for women who want to learn, play, and socialize. Each session includes 30-45 minutes of friendly group instruction covering fundamentals such as putting, chipping, irons, and tee shots, followed by guided play on 3–6 holes on the golf course. You’ll build skills, gain confidence, meet new friends, and enjoy real on-course experience in a supportive environment. No prior golf experience required—just bring your enthusiasm! Clubs are available if needed. Format (each week): 30-45 minutes: group lesson / skill theme 3–6 holes: guided play on course (coach circulates) Session 1 – Welcome & Getting Comfortable Learning (30 min): Basic set-up: grip, posture, aim Intro to different clubs (putter, iron, hybrid/wood) On Course (3 holes): Scramble format in small teams Focus: feel comfortable and keep up pace Session 2 – Putting & Short Game Confidence Learning: Basic putting: distance vs. direction Simple chipping around the green (bump-and-run) On Course (3 holes): Session 3 – Iron Play Basics Learning: Ball position, contact basics Swing feel: “small to tall” or “brush the grass” On Course (3 holes): Best ball format Celebrate good contact, not scores!!!
