Palm Beach PGA Jr. League - Boca Raton
PGA Jr. League at Newell Golf Team Golf, Real Courses, Unforgettable Experiences. PGA Jr. League at Newell Golf offers juniors an exciting and supportive way to learn how to play golf on the course, not just practice on the range. Designed for golfers of all skill levels-especially beginners and intermediate players-this team-based league helps kids build confidence, friendships, and real playing experience in a fun, encouraging environment. What Makes our program unique is our multi-course PGA Jr. League model. Juniors practice weekly at their home facility with Newell Golf coaches, then compete in friendly matches against other Newell Golf teams at Boca Raton Golf & Racquet Club, and Park Ridge Golf Course. This gives players the opportunity to experience different courses, learn new strategies, and meet new friends across our golf community. Matches are played in a two-player scramble format, where teammates work together on every shot. This format keeps the game fun, fast-paced, and low-pressure, allowing every player to contribute while learning teamwork and sportsmanship. Scoring is based on match play, making competition exciting and easy to follow. PGA Jr. League is a perfect next step after lessons and camps, helping juniors transition from practice to real on-course play. It also serves as a key feeder program into tournament preparation, elite junior golf, and long-term player development with Newell Golf. PGA Junior League - Coop - Two-person team scramble format (EIGHT WEEK SEASON - 1 DRAFT PARTY AND 7 MATCHES). ALL players are required to register for Youth on Course prior to the season start. Please go to https://youthoncourse.orger Colony Golf Course - This is very important. If your player is not registered for Youth on Course prior to the first match, you'll have to pay full greens fees at the golf course (as opposed to only $5). What a GREAT VALUE! We will hold a full-on Draft Party on Thursday, August 20th (6 - 7 pm) at AllGolf at CB Smith Park! First Match is TUESDAY, August 25th - 5:00 pm sharp!
PGA HOPE Miami Springs - Session 2
PGA HOPE is the flagship military program of the PGA of America. PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being. Join PGA HOPE alongside your fellow Veterans and Servicemembers. PGA HOPE has served thousands of Veterans and Servicemembers across the United States through one of our 300+ locations. This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from PGA and LPGA Professionals. No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you. No prior golf experience necessary No VA disability rating required Veterans do not have to have combat or deployments in order to participate All expenses associated with PGA HOPE are covered Any questions? Private Lessons (30minutes)
30 minutes is sufficient time to diagnose and create a plan for improvement. Video analysis, launch monitor and weight transfer measurements are all tools that can be employed. Get set in the right path. Prepaid series of 8 lessons is $600 (saves $80)
Private Instruction (One Hour)
One on one lessons can be for all levels of golfers. Beginners can be taught the fundamentals from the ground up. Intermediate golfers can get back to fundamentals and develop areas of weakness to make them strengths. Advanced golfers can take advantage of full technologies like V1, BodiTrak and Flightscope.
Club Fitting
Clubfitting includes driver, irons, wedges and putter which includes lie and loft evaluating and adjusting. Swing and club evaluation by the numbers. Know your distances with each club precisely. Get awareness of where your weight transfer is and where I hold be for maximum results. Video analysis with professional comparisons to make the most efficient swing.
Playing Lesson
On Course Playing Lesson is two hours+ review, supervision and course management evaluation helping the golfer analyze all aspects of shotmaking. Learn to score better with the skills owned and learn what skills will help lower scores going forward. Not for beginners.
Private Instruction for Juniors (age 7-17)
Private lessons for junior golfers get a break. Always looking to encourage the youth for the game of a lifetime. Looking to get on a school team or a college scholarship, we can get it done.
