TPI Screening

A TPI screening, or Titleist Performance Institute screening, is a physical assessment that evaluates a golfer's movement patterns and how they affect their swing. The screening can help identify physical limitations and imbalances that may cause swing faults. What does the screening include? -Movement assessment: A series of tests that evaluate flexibility, strength, balance, and stability Your TPI certified trainer creates a program to address any deficiencies identified in the screening. Private indoor or outdoor golf lessons on state of the art golf simulator or outdoor on the range. 60 Minute lesson, includes written, post-lesson recap, video analysis, post-lesson practice plan, and golf-specific golf exercises designed for the student. Keep your game on track all winter long.

Swing Speed Gym Session

Work directly with Greg to build your body in preparation for swing speed training. This is not a typical golf lesson, be prepared to swing until your dripping sweat. We will be power lifting, priming and chasing new ball and club head speed! Hour sessions. Recommended twice per week during the off-season. Whether you’re a fellow long-driver or just looking to add distance to your drive, it all starts with increased clubhead speed!

Driver, Woods, Wedge, Irons or Putter Fitting

Fitting of any individual club (driver or woods or hybrid or iron or putter). Full TrackMan data provide on your number and recommendations. \*$50 off if you purchase a club(s)
