Adult 2 hour on-course coaching session
We will spend 2 hours on-course working on different aspects of your game to help you shoot lower scores.

Small Group Coaching
To be eligible for this program, you need to have had at least 1 solo coaching session with Helen. This is individual coaching in a group/team environment of no more than 4 people. We work on all aspects of the game, on-course and off-course.

Clayton's teaching method is simple but effective; help players understand their swing, help them learn the proper fundamentals and swing positions, and to provide them with a pathway for improvement that is both understandable and memorable. He creates a "no shame" atmosphere for learning, taking manageable steps at a reasonable pace. These principles are applied to all students, from beginners to elite players. Lessons are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred/gifted to another recipient within 6 months of purchase. All lessons expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

30 minute physical assessment
During our session we will do a movement assessment to evaluate your ability to move as it relates to the golf swing as well as your proprioception capacity. This will give us an idea of what areas we need to focus on as well as exercises and drills to help you improve. Our goal is to give you strategies to help you move better not only when hitting a golf ball but in your everyday life.
