Beginner Session - Introduction to Golf
Best for: First-time players or those returning after time away A relaxed, private introduction to the game in a controlled simulator environment, no course pressure. This session covers basic setup, grip, and movement patterns while helping you make clean contact and understand how the swing works. We focus on building confidence first, then layering in fundamentals you can repeat. If you haven't been on a course yet, we will also cover how to navigate booking a round, what to expect when you arrive and basic golf etiquette.

Best for: New clients exploring coaching or unsure where to start A short consultation to understand your goals, current skill level, and any physical limitations. We’ll walk through how Swing Data Lab uses biomechanics, TPI screening, and motion data to build a structured improvement plan. You’ll leave with a clear next step and recommendation for the right assessment or training path.
Level 1-A: The Short Game
For this Level the (3) lessons are cumulative. For people who are beginners or the person who wants to get "re-started" the right way (even if you have had some formal lessons). And if you have played 10 times or more last year - I highly recommend you take the On Course Assessment Session first. Level 1 - A: The Short Game: putting, chipping & pitching, and greenside bunker play - 3 lessons / 3 weeks
Level 1-B: The Full Swing
Level I For this Level the (3) lessons are cumulative Recommended for people who are beginners or the person who wants to get "re-started" the right way (even if you have had some formal lessons). And if you have played 10 times or more last year - I highly recommend you take the On Course Assessment Session first. 1-B: The Full Swing: ½ swing, full swing, and more full swing & some error correction 3 lessons / 3 weeks
