Fall 2026 PMC Golf League
PGA Jr League is designed to bring a “Little League” atmosphere to the game of golf. With teams of boys and girls, ages 6-17, PGA Jr League provides a structured league environment for young golfers to compete and have fun! This is a great way to get, and keep, kids involved in the game! We combine our 13u and 17u teams together. The pairings during matches are based age and skill level (all about having fun!) The 2026 Fall PGA Jr League will run from late August to mid/late October here at PMC Golf Academy located at Stonewall Golf Club. During that time, our teams will compete in 5 matches and have 3 team practices\*\*. All matches that are cancelled for inclement weather will be rescheduled. Practices will be rescheduled only once for inclement weather. Matches will be on Saturdays & Sundays in the mid to late afternoon. 5 total matches. Practices will be on Mondays & Tuesdays. 3 total practices. Our mission is to create a safe and fun team environment for all levels of junior golfers and through golf and the competitive format teach sportsmanship and valuable life skills. \*\* Practices focus on how to work together as a team and the true essence of scramble format. One (1) Private Golf Lesson
One private golf lesson, within one of the practice areas: short game area, putting green or driving range. For an individual I first try to find out how best the student learns. Be it verbal, visual or physical and highlight that way of learning throughout the lesson(s). With one lesson I'll focus on one or two set-up (pre-shot) thoughts and one swing thought. You also might be given swing drill(s) to help with the modification of your swing.

On Course Assessment Session
You will be playing 5 to 6 holes (no score, just shots) while I’m asking questions and taking notes about your game. You’ll hear some tips on - course management, etiquette and speed of play. Afterwards we will go to an outdoor patio or the grill for iced tea and a recap of what we saw. With a initial goal of agreeing on what areas of your game we should focus on going forward. Note - we are taking a tee time and a power cart - there is no charge for that. We may be paired with another two-some and that's ok - they may think they will be getting a mini-lesson or couple of tips - if it's about etiquette or speed of play so much the better - LOL. Also there are certain times each day when it's too busy like a Saturday (or Sunday) morning into the early afternoon or a weekday - usually Friday - when the course is closed for a shotgun tournment: we won't be able to get out; unless it's real early or after 6 PM. The scheduling of this lesson will probably not match the times of the other lessons you will take.

Level 1-A: The Short Game
For this Level the (3) lessons are cumulative. For people who are beginners or the person who wants to get "re-started" the right way (even if you have had some formal lessons). And if you have played 10 times or more last year - I highly recommend you take the On Course Assessment Session first. Level 1 - A: The Short Game: putting, chipping & pitching, and greenside bunker play - 3 lessons / 3 weeks

Level 1-B: The Full Swing
Level I For this Level the (3) lessons are cumulative Recommended for people who are beginners or the person who wants to get "re-started" the right way (even if you have had some formal lessons). And if you have played 10 times or more last year - I highly recommend you take the On Course Assessment Session first. 1-B: The Full Swing: ½ swing, full swing, and more full swing & some error correction 3 lessons / 3 weeks

Level II: Reading, Uneven, Escape
Level II - it's - 3 lessons in 3 weeks Reading Greens Uneven Lies Escape shots: have a plan from the trees, cart paths and water This series is generally for people who have completed parts A & B of Level I. Consider another assessment before you begin either Level II and/or Level III to maximize your focus on what you want to learn during this new 3-lesson series. Note, occasionally a student wants an assessment after a 3-lesson series; that’s ok as long as they have truly practiced the new shots a few times each week before the assessment.

Level III: Sand, E-vale, Range
Level III - 3 lessons in 3 weeks Fairway Sand Bunker Shots Evaluating your (bad) lie – what is possible and nearly impossible From the Range to the 1st Tee This series is generally for people who have completed Level I (A & B) and Level II Consider another assessment before you begin either Level II and/or Level III to maximize your focus on what you want to learn during this new 3-lesson series. Note, occasionally a student wants an assessment after a 3-lesson series; that’s ok as long as they have truly practiced the new shots a few times each week before the assessment.
