Drive, Chip and Putt Prep Clinic
We are excited to announce a Drive, Chip and Putt Prep Clinic at the Nemacolin Golf Academy. Join PGA Coach Pete Burton and staff as they help kids prepare to participate in Drive, Chip, and Putt qualifier at Nemacolin. Whether they're new to the game and entering Drive, Chip and Putt for the first time, or experienced players, Drive, Chip and Putt is a great way for junior golfers to get a bite-size taste of golf while measuring skills in three areas of golf’s main skills. Drive, Chip and Putt is an excellent program for juniors of all levels as participants have an opportunity to advance through local, subregional and regional qualifying to earn a place in the national finals that are conducted at Augusta National Golf Club on the Sunday before The Masters Tournament. Our Prep Clinic will be a great opportunity for juniors to test their skills and experience the Drive, Chip and Putt format before attempting to qualify at the local level. Attire: Dress for the weather, but shorts or golf pants, a golf shirt tucked in, cap and golf/athletic shoes are appropriate for our clinic. Please don’t forget sunscreen and bring plenty of water. Equipment needed: Your own set of golf clubs is required! Note to parents Please have participants there on time and picked up promptly at the conclusion of the clinic. Parents may stay and watch from a distance and are not to provide any additional instruction while our professionals are helping your juniors prepare for success. What’s included? 2026 Bridgeport Country Club PGA Jr. League Program
This is the 9th season of the BCC Bombers Junior League at Bridgeport Country Club, led by PGA Professional Michael Gervais. The program is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, with a focus on learning all aspects of the game in a fun, team-oriented, and supportive environment. Players compete in a two-person scramble format that encourages mentorship, builds confidence, and teaches sportsmanship. The season runs May through July, with 5–6 regular-season matches typically held on Sundays in June and July, and an end-of-season party scheduled for late July or early August. Coaching from Assistant Coach Tanner Kolbe, US Kids Golf Certified Level 2 Coach, and Assistant Coach Mark Spruill, PGA Associate. All ability levels are encouraged to participate in a positive, welcoming environment where players can learn the game, enjoy friendly competition, and make lasting friendships as part of the BCC Bombers.
Private Instruction
All of my lessons (private, adults, juniors, couples, small group, large group) will be held at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort only. I do offer indoor lessons at our on site academy and on course playing lessons.
