PGA Jr. League All-Star Play Day: Northern Texas PGA

Published on

The second PGA Jr. League All-Star Play Day in the Northern Texas PGA Metro Chapter was recently played at Stewart Peninsula Golf Course in The Colony, Texas. The two teams [Brookhaven and Eagles Performance Academy] that competed were the same two teams that played for the Northern Texas PGA Section Championship in 2021. There were spectacular performances throughout the event, with Brookhaven teammates Grant and Nate continuing their amazing summer play, posting an impressive 6-under-par 28.

“These two facilities have been tied together for years in PGA Jr. League Championship Season competitions. Brookhaven is particularly strong across the board this year. We communicate to our players that it’s an opportunity to play against the best and it will only make our team stronger in the long run. The sportsmanship displayed today should make every parent proud and shows the power of team golf in a traditional individual game. This is how we will continue to grow our great game.” - Eagles Performance Academy Coach Scott Robbins, PGA
