There are so many fascinating stories in the golf ecosystem. On a day where we are reminded of how we all can be more inclusive in our lives, here's an example of where golf is taking a great step forward.
Supported by the PGA of America and the PGA Tour, The Advocates Professional Golf Association Tour (APGA) provides playing opportunities for minorities. This developmental tour has been successfully growing for over a decade.
Their first tournament of the 2021 season will be played at Torrey Pines alongside the Farmer's Insurance Open.
Ken Bentley (APGA - CEO) is a really engaging and inspiring human being. A 31-year successful business executive took his knowledge/passion and started the APGA Tour. Listen to Ken as he describes his tour and players with so much genuine love. The APGA is a great success and Ken is one of the major driving forces behind it.
