#RaceForeUnity Helps Raise Funds and Awareness for PGA WORKS

PGA of America President Suzy Whaley participated in the first #RaceForeUnity Saturday, helping raise money and awareness for PGA WORKS and LPGA-USGA Girls Golf.

Athletes, celebrities, influencers, and golf executives came together Saturday in the first #RaceForeUnity to raise nearly $80,000 for PGA WORKS and LPGA-USGA Girls Golf.
The event aimed at 'Creating Opportunities and Breaking Down Barries in Golf.'
PGA of America President Suzy Whaley was among the members of 'Team PGA WORKS.' PGA WORKS is committed to inspire and engage talent from diverse backgrounds to pursue key employment positions across the golf industry.
The PGA WORKS Fellowship is a program that offers access to individuals from diverse backgrounds—whether by gender, age, race or color, national origin or ancestry, sexual orientation, disability, religion or Veteran status—into the golf industry to gain experience in all facets of the golf industry. Help us provide opportunities to post-graduates in the golf industry by supporting the PGA WORKS Fellowship Program, a one-year paid immersion in a PGA Section's Foundation operations.
