Drive, Chip and Putt Prep Camp

Note: Participation in A Prep Camp is NOT required for participation in free Drive, Chip and Putt Qualifier Events.

We are excited to announce a Drive, Chip and Putt Prep Camp at Eagle Hills Golf Course. Join PGA Coach Jonathan Mielke and staff as we help kids prepare to participate in Drive, Chip, and Putt.

Whether they're new to the game and entering Drive, Chip and Putt for the first time, or experienced players, Drive, Chip and Putt is a great way for junior golfers to get a bite-size taste of golf while measuring skills in three areas of golf’s main skills.

Drive, Chip and Putt is an excellent program for juniors of all levels as participants have an opportunity to advance through local, subregional and regional qualifying to earn a place in the national finals that are conducted at Augusta National Golf Club on the Sunday before The Masters Tournament.

Our Prep Camp is a great opportunity for juniors to refine and improve their skills and experience the Drive, Chip and Putt format before attempting to qualify at the local level.

Our 3 week program is designed by Jonathan Mielke, PGA - The leading mind in today's youth golf instruction - Golf Digest Best Teachers in the State and Top 50 Kids Coach.

Each week juniors will learn valuable golf skills, tips and tricks along with mental skills to handle nerves, pressure and performance in the Drive, Chip, Putt.

Every session will include skilld development and a mock competion program run just like the local qualifer with scorecards, points, tee times groups and scoreboards so juniors get comfortable with the experience.

In addition, parents will be given updates and drills to help their junior athlete perform at a higher level.

Attire:

Dress for the weather, but shorts, a golf shirt or nice T-shirt, cap and tennis shoes are appropriate for our camp. And don’t forget a water bottle and sunscreen!

Equipment needed:

If you have golf clubs for your participant, please bring them. Otherwise, please contact us as a limited supply of loaner clubs are available.
