Learn the fundamentals of golf while increasing flexibility, improving balance and strengthening golf muscles. Class covers grip, posture, ball position, alignment and pre shot routine along with golf specific stretches, drills and movements. Training aids provided. Get your body ready to play your best golf. Clubs needed include driver, fairway metal, hybrid, 7 iron and wedge. Clubs available if needed. This class is for adults with maximum 8 per class. Beginner friendly
