The Junior Golf Clinic at The Lab 301 is designed for kids ages 7–17 to learn the game through fun, hands-on instruction. Led by PGA Coaches Langston Frazier and Sumayah Arcusa, this clinic focuses on building fundamental skills, confidence, and a true love for golf in a positive, encouraging environment. Whether your child is brand new to the game or looking to improve their swing, this clinic provides the perfect balance of learning and play—helping young golfers develop both on and off the course. Swing Tune Up Series

The “Swing Tune Up” series will run every Saturday from 11:30-12:30. This is a drop-in clinic with no multi-week commitment. (Online registration required) Every week we will split the time between one full swing topic and one short game topic. Competitive Prep Camp

The Competitive Prep Camp is designed for juniors who are serious about improving and preparing for middle school, high school, and tournament golf. This is not just a clinic, it’s a performance-driven training environment built to elevate competitive players. Campers will spend dedicated time on the range refining ball striking, dialing in distances, and sharpening scoring clubs. We’ll dive into advanced short game techniques, pressure putting drills, and competitive practice formats that translate directly to tournament play. Using launch monitor technology, players will receive in-depth swing analysis and data-driven feedback to better understand their numbers and make meaningful adjustments. On-course training will take place two out of the three days, focusing on course management, decision making, pre-shot routines, and how to score under pressure. Athletic development is a key component of this camp. Juniors will participate in a golf-specific stretching and workout session led by TPI certified coaches from the EmpowerU PT team, helping them build strength, mobility, and longevity in their game. Registration includes a tee gift and a Pro Shop gift card. This is the ideal environment for juniors looking to take the next step and prepare to compete with confidence!

If you are looking to lower your scores and have more fun, it is time to get on the golf course with me and show me your true golf game. You will play 9 holes in a foursome with other students so that I can learn your game and create the most effective plan to ensure you achieve your golfing goals.
