Masters 2018: Charley Hoffman scores an ace on par-3 16th hole

Going into the final round of the 2018 Masters on Sunday, there had been 19 holes in one at the famed par-3 16th.

Now there are 20.

Charley Hoffman -- using a 6 iron -- scored his ace in a fashion we're not used to seeing on the 16th on a Sunday. Rather than the ball flying past the flag and trundling back down, Hoffman's line was direct and right over the front bunker:

That shot moved Hoffman into a tie for eighth for the moment.

Funny enough, Hoffman's playing partner on Sunday is Tony Finau. Finau aced the seventh hole on the par-3 course Wednesday and injured his ankle while celebrating.

It looks like Hoffman's celebration was a safe one, but he sure was excited.
