PGA Coach Thor Parrish does a tremendous job of helping golfers with their game & fitness and recently sent us some exercises you can do from home if you don't have any equipment handy.
All you need is a wooden rod or a golf club and a little bit of space in your living room.
  1. Good Mornings
  2. Hamstring & Lower Back Stretch
  3. Shoulder Internal & External Stretch
  4. Overhead Squats
  5. Trunk Rotations
